Exercise:40 min mega cardio walking on the Hammond trail in McKinleyville while the boys rode bikes and scooters
30 min moderate walking with entire family at the Arcata marsh
Food: Bfast - shake
Lunch - Taco
Snack - carmel rice cakes (very yummy)
Dinner - 1/2 a slice of cheese pizza that tasted horrible
Today was an odd day. I packed some healthy snacks and such, but we were out and about all day today and didn't have the best time with food. I kept my portion sizes down, and actually, at dinner we were at the Jacks basketball game, and I got a slice of pizza, and it tasted so horrible, that I could barely eat 1/2 of it and I shared the rest with my son, Quinn, who loves anything with cheese on it.
goals for tomorrow: 45 min of hard core cardio (like I wanted to do today, but I forgot the fact that healthsport doesn't open until 8 AM on sat and sun, and we had to leave at 8:45 this AM)
to keep the desire for some ben and jerry's at bay... i've been craving coffee heath bar crunch all day today...
