well, it's thursdays, but this was about wednesday:
Exercise: 25 min cardio, 5 min abs 1 1/2 hours yoga (YEAH!! LOVE IT!!!)
Food: Breakfast - morning shake
Lunch - sandwhich
Snackk - ice cream (ok, my son had shots, it was sort of a treat for being brave.. i didnt have the will power in the sun... didnt' want to have the will power! )
Dinner - 1/2 chicken breast with apple-pear chutney (YUM!)
so, all in all, I think I did good today on keeping with my goal. not too unhealthy on the eating, and great exercise. The thing is, I'm beginning to think maybe I'm not getting the sleep I need. Studies have shown that if you don't get enough sleep, your body needs the energy from somewhere, so it looks for it in food. Last night, I actually got 10 hours of sleep, and I still feel tired... I dn't think I got too much sleep because, well... I have barely gotten 6 hours alll week, and have been working my butt off, AND craving food like no tomorrow... So, My goal is to try to get more sleep. The problem is, it makes it so that I dont'see my husband as much. He's a night owl, I'm the morning person, worked out great when our kids were babies, but not now... But, we have a busy weekend aheaed, so I know I'm going to need my sleep.
Goals for Today:
Exercise - 1 hour of cardio and abs
other - get to sleep no later then 9:30 again tonight! AND drink my full 8-10 glasses of water today!
