getting back on track

well, this week has been bad. I've been off track all week. I got sick at the beginning of the week, so my exercise schedule is just all off. I've had a major sweet tooth, and a little stress, but trying to stay away from the sweets if I can make it. My computer was buggin' out at the beginning of the week too, so I haven't been able to post. Today was a moderate day, no exercise though. here are my hopes for tomorrow...

1. abs and yoga plus some cardio!!
2. eat better, no snacking, no sweets.

all for now... I'll get back on track tomorrow.
